I have been licensed since 1983. During all those years, the needs of my clients have come first with me. These many years have given me a wealth of experience in all types of transactions and have taught me to listen to the buyers and sellers to help them achieve their goals. When past clients call me to assist them in their new transaction, I know I have accomplished what I set out to do well, and my clients had a happy experience.

As a mother, I understand the needs of families to provide a safe and pleasant neighborhood for their children and always strive to locate the best that is available that meets the needs of the buyers. When representing sellers, I help them realize as much from their property as the market will bear.

The artist in me always makes me see what "can be" as well as what is. I also have a decent idea of what repairs or changes can be done at a reasonable cost. When showing fixers, this stands me in good stead.

I am experienced in land sales and have had many successes in this field. In my earlier years, I raised Arabian horses for quite a number of years and understand ranch needs well. I have worked with builders and developers and have a strong background in these types of properties. I don't like to sell "dirt"; I love to sell possibilities. It is always a pleasure to find that special property for a client's future dream.

I am comfortable with commercial leases and commercial sales. Bringing new business to our valley is always exciting and beneficial to the valley residents both in jobs and in resources.
